German Summer School
Active German for school-aged children.
Language and other adventures :)
Summer School 2022
We will discover the tropical summer with all our senses. A colorful summer program with lots of fun and games is waiting for you - be creative and design your own things with natural materials. We'll find and paint shells, and make our own necklaces and friendship bracelets. There are no limits!
Together we will go to the rainforest to discover tropical animals. For the right beach feeling we will make ourselves comfortable
on the hammock - just like the sloth. And enjoy some tropical cocktails whilst we are listening to the parrots singing in the trees.
Be prepared for a fun adventure, and feel good!
Feel free to bring your sunglasses :)

Language and other adventures :)
Summer School 2021: It's time we all go to the sea!
On our journey, we will meet and get to know many different sea creatures. Maybe we will discover a very special, and interesting fish?
We become shipbuilders, make our own sea bottles, create sea creatures, and when it’s really warm, we will let our feet dangle in the water.
If you would like to sniff the sea air as much as we would, then just come to our summer school!!

Circus, Circus!

Summer School 2019: Cheeky, wild and wonderful
We enjoy a carefree week of Swedish summer time together with Pippi Longstocking and her friends. We roam through field and forest, pick wild raspberries, ride on Little Buddy, and bake gingerbread cookies.
If it rains one day, we carve and paint
our very own Dala horses.
Who can walk on a rope or at the ceiling
and ride a bike without wheels?
The older children take pictures and
try out movie tricks.
German beginners are welcome!

Summer School 2018: Ready for an island break
We "travel" to the North Sea, where we explore Germany's "forgotten islands", the Halligen. We discover tiny animals in the Wadden Sea and cook specialities from the islands. We meet the dangerous pirate Klaus Störtebeker and cook trouts over a campfire together!! Everyday, we learn and use new words, and read and write about our adventures.
German beginners will learn new vocabulary each day, and improve their reading and writing at their own pace.
