We have partnered with ALLEF (Language and cultural exchanges UK and Germany) to offer you an exciting new opportunity. Your child can now choose to spend a few months with a caring German host family, and you will in return welcome a German child into your home in the UK.
This is a unique opportunity for your child to immerse themselves in the German culture, experience school life, and develop fluency quickly in both spoken and written German. This brand‑new opportunity is available to all German Academy families with children aged 8 to 13. We have 10 exchange spaces for the upcoming school year.
The info evening will be led by ALLEF coordinators David Knight, Annette Handke-Vesely, Penny Jones and Bron Hookins. Children who have already taken part in an exchange will share their experiences, and you can ask…
